3-Step Pedicure
Pedicure Suggestions
The below procedure is simply a suggestion. Design you own “customized” pedicure or eliminate any steps to shorten the amount of time.
Step 1: Foot Soak
Options:
- Spa Mineral Bath Salts
- Herbal Blend Astringent
- Ginseng Mineral Toner
Place feet in a warm bath with one of the above choices, for approximately 1 to 5 minutes to refresh and soften skin for exfoliation in Step 2.
Step 2: FOOT EXFOLIATION
Options:
- Rosemary & Mint Salt Scrub
- Shea Body Polish and or Citrus & White Tea Blossom Body Lotion
- Papaya Creme Enzyme Polish
- Chocolate & Coffee Mint Body Polish
- Honey Almond Scrub
Exfoliate feet with one of the above choices covering the entire foot and ankle areas for
approximately 1 to 2 minutes. Rinse completely.
Step 3: MOISTURIZE AND RELAX FOR LEGS
Options:
- Aloe & Azulene Gel Masque
- Soft Papaya & Pumpkin Masque
- AHA Mint Masque
- Earth & Sea Body Masque
Apply to legs from the knee to the ankle and leave on skin until the pedicure is completed and before nail polish is applied. After Pedicure is completed rinse of masque with warm water.
Massage can be due at this point to add to the relaxing pedicure. Massage with Shea Body Butter, Massage Crème, Orange Sorbet Body Crème, Shea Body Butter Lotion, Almond Avocado Body Lotion.
After massage spray toes with alcohol spray to prepare for nail polish.
